I don't understand Airtel's system; they ask a patient who is bedridden to come to their center just to hand over a replacement SIM, whereas they could easily complete this process by sending a representative to the patient's home. @airtelindia @airtelnews

@Airtel_Presence I am sending his son's mobile number privately; please speak to them & send a representative. After verifying the necessary documents, they should provide a replacement SIM for that same number. Also, instruct your center to handle tasks in a manner appropriate to the situation.

This afternoon, Key in my Brezza would not turn due to a technical fault while I was in Dhurwa area. I informed the Tupudana Service Center at 9308917514, but no mechanic was sent to me; ultimately, I had to get the car started by a local mechanic. @Maruti_Corp @MSArenaOfficial
