ITBP का एक जवान तीन दिन से कार्यवाही के लिए अपनी मां का कटा हाथ लेकर एसपी कार्यालय में दौड़ रहा था..उनकी माँ को साँस की दिक्कत थी लेकिन कानपुर के एक कृष्णा अस्पताल वालो ने हाथ ही काट दिया…

बेचारा जवान तीन दिन तक FIR लिखाने के लिए भटकता रहा… कोई सुनवाई नही..यहां तक कि एक पुलिस अफसर कटा हाथ देखने के बाद भी कुछ नहीं करता जबकि अपनी मां की स्थिति बताते हुए जवान का गला भर जा रहा था...जिस मां ने कभी उसको हाथों में झूला झूलाया होगा,उसके कटे हाथ को लेकर घुमना कितना कष्टप्रद होगा,बच्चे के लिए,आप सोच कर देखों...

आज ITBP वालों को पुलिस कमिश्नर ऑफिस को मजबूरन घेरना पड़ा है…
कमिश्नर कई घंटों तक हथियारबंद आईटीबीपी के जवानों द्वारा दी गई "ऑफिस अरेस्ट" में रहे ,ऐसा प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों द्वारा देखा/बताया गया है। कमिश्नर की सुरक्षा में लगे सभी पुलिसकर्मी सरेंडर करके भाग गए।

ये सब संभव हुआ आईटीबीपी के दमदार कमांडर की लीडरशिप क्वालिटी के चलते.
ऐसे अधिकारी फौज जैसी फोर्स में ही मिलते हैं जो अपने जवान को न्याय दिलाने के लिए अपने कैरियर को भी दाँव पर लगा देते हैं....

नकारा सिस्टम ने एक जवान को ऐसा असहाय बना दिया कि आज लगभग 80 जवान कार्यालय में कमांडर के साथ न्याय मांगने पहुंचे है...अगर ऐसा कर दिया तो क्या गलत कर दिया बताये कभी कभी नियम के पार जा कर भी काम करना पड़ता है... एक कमांडेंट अपने जवानों का मनोबल टूट जाने दे के सिस्टम के कारण या जब पानी से सिर से ऊपर बहेगा तो मैदान में उतरना ही पड़ेगा...

जब नकारा पुलिस अधिकारी अन्याय पर उतर जाएं तो जवानों को अपनी नाल की खनक सुनानी पड़ती है।
