Four soldiers have been kiIIed in action in the terrorist attack in the Machedi area of Kathua. The figure might rise.

We can kiII ten in retaliation and call it revenge, but is that really revenge? Can we equate the lives of our soldiers with these lowlifes? They are expendable. You kiII a hundred, and a hundred more will come. Their supply will never stop. For them, their own loss doesn't matter, but for us, if we lose even one soldier in return for their ten, it will still hurt.

This has to end. There should be a permanent solution, a lasting solution. How long can we just condemn the incident, pay tributes, watch the teary-eyed families of fallen soldiers collect medals, and helplessly move on?

किसी भी तरह से वो सामाजिक न्याय नहीं था, वो केवल जंगल राज था। यह मैं नही डाटा कह रहा है @Nawalk7 जी।

Picture 1: बिहार 1980-90 तक 6.62 GDP ग्रोथ रेट से विकास कर रहा था उस समय भारत की GDP ग्रोथ रेट 6.61 थी अर्थात् भारत के विकास दर से 0.01% अधिक!

यह रेट 1990-2000 के मध्य 3.19% हो गई, जबकि उस समय भारत की GDP ग्रोथ रेट 7.3 थी। दूसरे चित्र में सभी डाटा बता रहे है कि बिहार फेल उन्हीं 15 वर्षो में हुआ है जब वहां RJD की लालू यादव सरकार थी।

Picture 2: यदि बिहार 1980-1990 के GDP ग्रोथ रेट 6.61% को बना कर रखता तो आज बिहार की प्रति व्यक्ति आय ₹96,000 होती जोकि उस 15 वर्षों की आर्थिक महामंदी के कारण आज ₹37,000 ही है।

Picture 3: आप ग्राफ देख सकते है कि बिहार की प्रति व्यक्ति आय जो 1990 में थी वही प्रति व्यक्ति आय 2005 में है अर्थात् बिहार अर्थिक महामंदी से गुजर रहा था, 2005 के बाद बिहार में परिवर्तन आया है।

Picture 4: बिहार की अर्थव्यस्था के फेल होने का कारण RJD द्वारा संचालित गुंडा राज/जंगल राज सबसे बड़ा कारण था। कानून व्यवस्था इतनी खराब हो गई थी कि आम जीवन मुश्किल हो गया था, जिसके कारण बिहारी लोगो ने 1994 से ही पलायन शुरू कर दिया। यह पलायन संभ्रांत वर्ग, उद्योगपति और शिक्षित वर्ग ने सबसे पहले किया, उसके बाद आर्थिक रूप कमजोर लोगो ने पलायन शुरू किया।

बिहारी को एक अभिशाप जैसा शब्द बना दिया RJD के सामाजिक न्याय के मॉडल ने, तो यह किस प्रकार का सामाजिक न्याय लालू यादव और उनके परिवार ने बिहार में स्थापित किया कि बिहार उससे अभी तक उभर नहीं पाया?

A 26-year-old man forms a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl with her consent. What will you call it? Grooming and rape. Isn't it? Certainly not love.

Today Bombay HC granted bail to the man by observing that the relationship was made due to love and not lust, and the minor girl consented to it. Court also said that the boy, too, is of a tender age (26 years, tender?).

What explains this kind of leniency when the IPC clearly says that any sexual relationship with a minor is rape, even with consent? There are no ifs or buts about it. From where does this love/lust angle come? Then they expect people to respect the judiciary with their eyes closed.

I don't support the players' tantrums either. A chargesheet has been filed, and the WFI elections were conducted under court monitoring, as was the players demand. Now asking govt interference because they don't like the newly elected president isn't right.

Players can't be criticised because they brought medals is a wrong concept. Maj Litul Gogoi faced severe criticism for the 2017 human shield incident, but the Army and GoI stood by him. He was even awarded COAS commendation. Yet, in 2019, he was punished by the same Army for fraternizing with a local girl and neglecting duty.

This is how it should be – do good, receive praise; do bad, face criticism. Players who won medals were loved, praised, and idolized, but demanding excessive privileges like refusing trials or insisting on abroad training camps or selecting a preferred president is unreasonable.
