6. Grok: Useful for real-time conversations, trends and information on X.

7. Cursor: AI-powered coding environment for building and editing software faster.

8. Lovable: Create functional web apps from natural-language instructions.

9. Replit: Build, test and deploy applications with AI assistance.

10. Midjourney: Generate high-quality visuals and creative concepts.

11. Krea: Real-time image generation, enhancement and creative workflows.

12. Ideogram: Particularly good for designs that require accurate text inside images.

अगर आप भी बाजार से अचार खरीदकर शौक से खाते हैं तो यह खबर आपको सचेत कर सकती है। हैदराबाद में एक हैरान कर देने वाला मामला सामने आया है, जहाँ सड़ी-गली और खराब सब्जियों का उपयोग करके अचार तैयार किया जा रहा था। इन उत्पादों को आकर्षक पैकिंग में बाजार में बेचकर लोगों की सेहत के साथ गंभीर खिलवाड़ किया जा रहा था।

छापेमारी के दौरान 72 ड्रम सड़ा हुआ अचार, जिसमें नींबू, लाल मिर्च, कच्ची इमली और आंवला शामिल था, बरामद किया गया। इसके साथ ही 6 ड्रम टमाटर और इमली का पेस्ट तथा एक छोटा ड्रम अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट भी जब्त किया गया। इस मामले में दो लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

यह घटना केवल एक आपराधिक कृत्य नहीं, बल्कि समाज के स्वास्थ्य के साथ किया जा रहा एक गंभीर अपराध है। केवल स्वार्थ और मुनाफे के लिए इस तरह का काम करना किसी आतंकवाद से कम नहीं है, क्योंकि यह सीधे-सीधे मासूम लोगों की जिंदगी को खतरे में डालता है।

सबसे चिंताजनक बात यह है कि खाद्य सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी संभालने वाली संस्थाएं, जैसे एफएसएसएआई, इस तरह की घटनाओं को रोकने में असफल नजर आती हैं। ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि न तो जनता के स्वास्थ्य की पर्याप्त चिंता है और न ही देश की प्रतिष्ठा की।

अब समय आ गया है कि लोग खुद जागरूक बनें, बाजार से खाद्य सामग्री खरीदते समय सावधानी बरतें और इस तरह की मिलावट के खिलाफ आवाज उठाएं। जागरूकता ही इस समस्या का सबसे प्रभावी समाधान है।
