@SupportWakefit@WakefitCo@Ankit_AGarg Now today the support team have no update on the product and is uncertain on the delivery. But the irony is that the product was already en route then where it went. How on 14th Feb the delivery date is showing 13th Feb.
Product was out for delivery at 11:12 AM yesterday and at night 8:40 PM I received a call saying the vehicle was gone faulty hence delivery will be done the next day.

I have raised the SR for LED blinking issue with the water purifier. It's been more than 24 hr but no engineer came to fix the issue. When I contacted SM from Pragathi Solutions Mr. Suresh Gowda he simply denied for service today.
