Character Kit - Kuchiba (Fire Elation)

Basic
Deals Fire DMG equal to X% of Kuchiba's ATK to one designated enemy.

Skill
Deals Fire DMG equal to X% of Kuchiba's ATK to one designated enemy, then increases the CRIT Rate of all allies by X%, lasting for X turn(s). Grants X Punchline.

Ultimate
Applies "Flower," to one enemy for X turn(s); if it already has "Flower," increases that "Flower" Lv. by 1.
Deals Fire DMG equal to X% of Kuchiba's ATK, then if the "Flower" is Lv. 3 or higher immediately triggers the Talent detonation once. This does not reset the Flower Lv or Tally.

Talent
At the start of battle, plants "Flower" on the enemy with the highest current HP for X turn(s).
While an enemy bears "Flower": whenever an ally attacks it, that ally restores HP equal to X% of the DMG dealt, and that DMG is tallied by "Flower." Each time the enemy with "Flower" is attacked by an ally, its Lv. increases by 1; when the Lv. reaches 4, "Flower" detonates, dealing Fire DMG equal to X% of the tally, healing all allies by X% of the tally and resetting the "Flower" level.
Only one enemy can hold "Flower" at any given time. When the enemy bearing "Flower" is defeated, "Flower" moves to another enemy, retaining its Lv and Tally.

A2
After using Skill all allies' actions are Advanced Forward by X%.

A4
The duration of "Flower" is increased by X.

A6
When "Flower" detonates Kuchiba regenerates X Energy.

Note: This Character seems much more barebones compared to others, with no Elation Skill even being added yet.
