6 months back when Renault launched the duster, I called the dealership next to my home for TD. They didn’t even bother to assign me an sales guy to follow up and schedule. Not even a SMS.

Two months post that , someone from the dealership called and was offered to get the TD car in 15 mins. I had refused.

Today morning I called for the Hybrid TD. A dude picks up and talks very rudely and essentially says- TD not available for months now. You can just come and take a look but that also depends.
