@EmiratesSupport My wife (with our baby) and I are travelling to Manchester via Dubai on 19th March. Due to circumstances we had to book tickets separately so we have 2 different booking IDs - one for my wife and baby and other for me. How can we checkin so we get seats together
@MetropolisLab I have tried booking RTPCR at Mumbai Airport for arriving international passengers. All personal and card details filled and when pressed pay, it just said "your health basket is empty". No booking confirmation. Can you please let me know of the booking and payment
@EmiratesSupport We have gone through an absolute trauma. That too on a journey when we were going to take our 10 month old baby for the first time to India to see his grand parents. The frustration is upto its limits at the moment. Can you please help rebook the flights ???????
@EmiratesSupport We did the same. However the result arrived 10 mins after the checkin closed. We missed the flight. We were told by the ground staff to contact 3448002777 and they would help rebook the flights. We have been trying since morning but the number just won't connect
@EmiratesSupport We were supposed to fly today from Manchester to Dubai on EK18 and onwards to Mumbai (Ek504). However because our RTPCR was 40 mins off the 48 hour deadline, we were asked to do another test at the airport. (Part 1)
@British_Airways I am not able to get through the customer service number 3444930787 for the past 2 days. Everytime the auto recording just says I can't connect you. Neither is the website giving me option to rebook and and Chat facility will only take me back to my bookings page

@openlawltd@lukerunderhill now into week 23, and still awaiting a communication from the firm re our buying process. We understand the work pressures and covid situation but nobody in the firm seems to understand our frustrations of waiting endlessly!
