What we are witnessing is deeply concerning. There are growing indications of a coordinated attempt to interfere with the democratic rights of the people of Bengal - with the BJP at the centre of it and the ECI seemingly looking the other way.
People deserve to know what is happening to their votes. This isn’t a small issue- It goes to the very heart of free and fair elections.
We are receiving credible reports from several districts that large numbers of Form 6 applications (New Voters) are being submitted in a questionable manner. These are not routine additions. There are serious concerns that many of these entries may be linked to individuals who have no real connection to Bengal—people who don’t live here, don’t work here and have no stake in the state.
The video only adds to these concerns. It appears to show thousands of such forms being processed and stacked, raising valid questions about the scale and intent behind this exercise.
We have seen similar concerns being raised in other states during elections. Bengal cannot be allowed to go down that path.
Take a moment to watch this. Ask questions. Because this is not just about politics- it’s about protecting the integrity of our vote. This is the kind of “PARIBORTON” the BJP seeks to impose on Bengal.
The Election Commission must answer.
Public life is not measured in titles or positions, but the depth of connection one shares with the people. Every gesture of trust, every word of encouragement, every blessing received from them is a reminder of the sacred bond that defines true leadership.
On my birthday today, the warmth and affection showered upon me by countless well-wishers have left me overwhelmed. Their love is a solemn reminder of the duty I carry and the promise I must uphold.
Serving our Gonodebota is a privilege that gives meaning to every effort and every challenge we take on. It is their faith that strengthens my resolve to keep moving forward, to build, to serve, and to dedicate every moment to the greater good.
I am truly elated, deeply touched and profoundly humbled to have been bestowed with such a remarkable honour on my birthday.
My heartfelt gratitude to the artists and creators behind this touching art piece for their extraordinary effort and for turning their creation into an expression of love, respect and inspiration.
Such moments define our journey in public service. They remind us why we do what we do. They strengthen our resolve to give our all for the people, to brave every challenge and adversity for the greater good of those I am fortunate enough to serve.
Today, on the birthday of our Hon’ble National General Secretary, Shri @abhishekaitc, we celebrate the vision and leadership that continue to inspire millions! 🎉
Marking this special day, artist Shikha Sharma and her team have created a larger than life sized 3D rangoli portrait of the Hon’ble MP. A tribute as grand as the leader themselves!
Sebaashray was conceived with the vision of upholding the fundamental right to accessible and quality healthcare for all. Guided by the spirit of compassion and the duty of service to humanity, I had launched Sebaashray last year to extend free medical care not only to the people of the Diamond Harbour but also to countless individuals from across Bengal. It fills me with deep satisfaction that Sebaashray became a trusted symbol of care, faith, and reassurance for the people it sought to serve. I had promised that Sebaashray would return, and today, that promise stands fulfilled.
Beginning 1st December 2025, Sebaashray will once again open its doors to the people of Diamond Harbour, continuing till 22nd January 2026, culminating in a Mega Camp from 24th to 30th January 2026. Each camp will remain operational from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Anchored in the principles of service, empathy, and care for the distressed, Sebaashray returns, stronger, broader in its reach, and steadfast in its mission to serve every individual in need.
সকলের সুস্বাস্থ্য, আমাদের অঙ্গীকার।
Remembering Shri Subrata Mukherjee, a guiding force whose integrity and leadership continue to inspire us.
On his death anniversary, we remember his invaluable contributions and honour the legacy he left behind in his unwavering service to the state and its people.
Let the streets roar today against the BJP-led Centre’s Bangla-Birodhi SIR!✊🏼
Under the leadership of Smt. @mamataofficial and Shri @abhishekaitc, join the historic Maha Michil and raise your voice for every rightful citizen.

Bijoya Dashami is both an ending and a beginning. With tearful hearts we bid farewell to Maa Durga, yet her blessings endure.
As Maa returns to her divine abode, her message stays with us: That truth prevails, justice triumphs and humanity unites.
May Bengal march ahead, carrying her light within.
On Gandhi Jayanti, we bow in reverence to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, the eternal apostle of peace, truth and non-violence.
Bapu’s ideals remind us that the strength of a nation lies not in might, but in moral courage; not in division, but in unity; not in hatred, but in harmony.
In a world still torn by conflict and discord, his message serves as a guiding light for the future. May we carry forward his vision of an India that is inclusive, humane and just.
With tearful eyes and heavy hearts, we bid farewell to Maa Durga. Yet, Dashami rekindles within us the hope of her return, bringing renewed light and strength.
Today, I had the privilege of meeting our dedicated leaders and party workers, who devote themselves tirelessly, throughout the year, to the holistic development of the people of Bengal. I also took the opportunity to connect with members of the state administration and the media fraternity during the occasion. It was deeply moving to connect with them, inquire after their well-being, and exchange tokens of appreciation at our Bijoya Sammilani.
It is, however, deeply regrettable that while the people of Bengal sought to conclude their most cherished festival in joy, the Bangla-Birodhi Zamindars weaponised the DVC by releasing 1,50,000 cusecs of water from the Maithon and Panchet dams, creating a man-made flood with the intent to harm the state.
Those who believe they can drown the spirit of Bengal are gravely mistaken. With Maa Durga’s blessings and the strength of our resilient people, it is they, not the people of Bengal, who shall face a solemn Bishorjon in 2026.
Unable to defeat the Trinamool Congress at the ballot box in Bengal, BJP has unleashed its full machinery to provoke violence in states where they hold power. Their karyakartas ATTACKED and RANSACKED our Party office in Tripura, under the watchful eyes of the Tripura Police, laying bare their VINDICTIVE and LAWLESS mindset.
This is not an isolated incident; in Tripura alone, our leaders and workers have faced repeated assaults. In 2021, my convoy in Tripura was vandalised by BJP-hired goons. They wax eloquent about upholding democracy, yet their actions flagrantly violate its very principles.
In the wake of this grave attack, a five-member delegation from our state will visit Tripura tomorrow to assess the situation, stand in full solidarity with our colleagues and co-workers, and raise the matter officially with the State Administration. Intimidation, violence, and vendettas will never silence us. Democracy, law and the people's mandate will always prevail over BJP's BRUTE POLITICS.
Today, I had the pleasure of hosting a Bijoya Sammilani at my office in Amtala, Diamond Harbour. It was a delight to see so many local leaders, party workers, and residents come together, sharing smiles, sweets, and the warmth of this festive season.
Moments like these reflect the true spirit of Durga Puja, a celebration of community, togetherness, and the bonds that keep us united. Meeting the people of my constituency and feeling their energy and affection was truly uplifting.
I extend my heartfelt wishes to everyone for happiness, prosperity, and peace. May the blessings of Maa Durga continue to inspire us to stand together, strengthen our community, and work for a brighter, united Diamond Harbour.
I extend my heartfelt wishes to everyone celebrating Chhath Puja, a festival that celebrates faith, purity and the eternal bond between humankind and nature.
As devotees offer arghya to the setting and rising Sun, we are reminded of the timeless values of gratitude, discipline, and devotion that define this festival.
Across Bengal and beyond, the spirit of Chhath unites people in prayer and hope, reaffirming our shared belief that light will always triumph over darkness. May Chhathi Maiya bless every home with good health, happiness and abundance.
If our dues aren’t released even after the Supreme Court’s say,
Bengal will rise and take the fight again to Delhi’s way.
The ZAMINDARS have fallen in VOTE and in COURT,
Yet they play their games with ED and EC’s support.
No might is greater than the people’s call,
Learn now @BJP4India or face a harsher fall in 2026, once and for all.
57-year-old Pradeep Kar from 4 Mahajyoti Nagar, Panihati, Khardaha (Ward No. 9) has taken his own life, leaving behind a note that says, “NRC is responsible for my death.” What greater indictment can there be of the BJP’s politics of fear and division?
It shakes me to the very core to imagine how, for years, BJP has tormented innocent citizens with the threat of NRC, spreading lies, stoking panic and weaponising insecurity for votes. They have turned constitutional democracy into a draconian law-regime, where people are made to doubt their own right to exist. This tragic death is the direct consequence of BJP’s venomous propaganda. Those who sit in Delhi and preach nationalism have pushed ordinary Indians to such despair that they are dying in their own land, fearing they will be declared ‘FOREIGNERS’.
I demand that the Central Government stop this heartless game once and for all. Bengal will never allow NRC, and never allow anyone to strip our people of their dignity or belonging. Our soil belongs to Maa, Mati, Manush, not to those who thrive on hate. Let the Delhi Zamindars hear this loud and clear: Bengal will resist, Bengal will protect and Bengal will prevail.
Heartfelt greetings to all on the auspicious occasion of Jagaddhatri Pujo.
May Maa Jagaddhatri inspire us with the strength and wisdom to face life’s trials with courage and compassion. May Her divine blessings fill every home with peace, prosperity, and lasting happiness.
Wishing everyone a joyous and blessed Jagaddhatri Pujo.
