Dear @AshwiniVaishnaw sir, I am currently experiencing serious mismanagement of the Indian railway. I had booked my parcel which was a bike from Akola to Kankavali. It was loaded on 14 Dec 2022 on train no. 01139 madgaon special fare train.

And we were supposed to receive the parcel on 15 Dec 2022.But unfortunately,the bike was not unloaded at kankavali station. after the inquiry, we were told that the bike was is not to be found at the last stop(madgaon)as well. So its been 24 hrs. we are not able to trace our bike
