Trading makes me understand why, in the professional world, they ask:
“What skill do you have?”
You tell them.
Then they ask:
“How many years of experience do you have using it?”
Because knowing how to do something and having enough experience to do it consistently under pressure are two different things.

I was chatting with @Ola_32x some time ago, and I told him how mentally exhausting analysis had become for me.
He said something simple:
“You already know what you’re looking for. Just check the market. If it’s not there, leave and come back later.”
That changed a lot.
I used to sit down and force detailed analysis while trying to anticipate every possible move. Now, I simply look for my setup first. If it’s not there, I close the charts and come back later. Even when I do find something, I usually limit myself to one or two pairs, then revisit the market during my free time for a deeper analysis.
Trading has felt a lot lighter ever since.
One step at a time, bros. Don’t overload yourself. Make the process enjoyable. If you can enjoy the grind, you’ll always want to show up. 🤝🖤
you should watch this every morning after waking up and every night before going to bed. the video has a way of rewiring your mindset, like it puts you in the hot seat, strips away ur excuses and forces you to confront the uncomfortable truth: you either win or become irrelevant.
Whenever you have a scary dream and wake up, don’t rush to a pastor or Alfa to interpret it.
Your brain is just processing emotions, replaying memories, and running simulations.
That’s why you can watch a horror movie during the day and then have a nightmare at night.
Not everything is spiritual. Some things are just your mind doing its job.
