@DaCutest_Bean @xodee876 No matter how much work the government does to maintain drains. It makes no difference if the people keep throwing trash in the streets. Start imposing jail time and fines for littering and peeing in public spaces. Some drains need fixing but majority just needs cleaning.

@DaCutest_Bean @xodee876 We touched on the topic of peeing on the streets and a guy literally said I'm not paying $50 to use the bathroom downtown everytime I want to pee so any light post any corner shall do. The problem isn't the drains the problem is the mentality of the people.

Easiest way for the government to get money in this country is to actually start charging people who litter and piss a roadside. If we want law and order we need to enforce the small laws.

The first video is right by Andrew's high school 2mins down the road we have higlers, taxi men, among others that dump up right after you pass juici that's our issue
