After writing a complaint to @udaykotak in got a response from the call centre employee. Is this the service status of your bank. This is height of negligence on the part of bank. People who were die hard fans of kotak bank have lost the faith. Im closing my account FYI.

The kotak bank doesn't respond on social media as i deposited 5 lac in my account in to the FDR and wanted to give surety to the court and no one in Kotak is ready to help. This bank who used to be so good in service has gone bad to worse.@udaykotak @KotakBankLtd
