Having a horrible experience with your favorite delivery agency #ElasticRun in #Bengaluru. They can't find an address in the city which has been existing since 25 years. They don't call properly. They don't reply to messages or calls.

This is an Ekart delivery boy who used to cancel a person's parcel without even calling!

The customer then goes to Ekart's hub and asks for their item to be delivered from there!

Then the delivery boy refuses to deliver the item, saying, "No matter what you do, I won't deliver it to you!"

Cancelling an item without even calling the customer is absolutely wrong!

Action should be taken against such delivery boys who act as per their own whims!

Flipkart should also take action against this, as Ekart delivers their parcels; customers face problems because of such people!
