@drewlevin Season 15 emerald 1 players who were pushed up are now the same rank as the player who is top 1001 EUW. We definitely need a new rank to better differentiate the skill of players in master atm.

@RiotPhroxzon Master+ EUW should be top ~10,000. Keep GM and chal as top 1000/300. Add a new rank below masters without master+ decay for the people who got pushed up. Reset the ladder. Aim for GM/Chal cutoffs similar to S15 or lower.

@RiotPhroxzon There's >24k players in EUW master this season so you've effectively doubled the population of players in the rank. I think it makes the most sense to add a new rank between diamond/master with diamond decay rules and keep master as around the top ~10k players.

@RiotPhroxzon These trinket changes make no sense. Jungle is still widely considered to be the strongest role in the game in s16 and you're buffing their agency again for what? Even with a ward placed you are still gankable from lane or the pixel brush.
