She manages to escape and basically gets reverse isekai’ed into the real world as a normal girl. She can transform her face to her virtual avatar when she wants but to blend in with society she uses her human face. So now she is just trying to live her new and unknown life.

Crimson is a virtual character from a simulated world full of virtual character who are all controlled by individual higher beings. In this world the higher beings put their virtual characters into other pocket simulations and they experience these simulations through them.
