@BillAckman @ChipotleTweets Other issues need to be addressed. Online order scheduling, which is always late and fails to account for catering, leading to huge delays. Protein portion consistency is a huge issue. Also, Customer service (Pepper bot) is designed to piss customers off.

@JigsawCap Not sure he is biased to defend. He says in interview credit guys who inherit these businesses give ESW these businesses for "$1" and a share of future cash flow because they can operate them better. He's incentivized to get as many of these for "free" as possible.
