@TeamYouTube please help. It’s been over a week now of me attempting to gain clarity in this issue. The YouTube platform deleted a channel that I did not select for deletion. I need urgent help please! Answers given so far misunderstood the issue
@TeamYouTube Please please help with this. You’ve misunderstood my message twice now and it’s been 5 days including the weekend since the issue began. It’s nothing to do with a brand transfer. I deleted ONE of my channels and the other one has also disappeared. It’s simple as that. Please DM!

@TeamYouTube Hi and thank you. No it wasn’t a transfer. I had two channels. I carefully selected one and deleted it. They are now both deleted when I did not select the second channel for deletion
@TeamYouTube@TeamYouTube please help. This was a fault in the system. I deleted ONE channel very carefully but the system deleted BOTH my channels. I need the one I didn’t delete restored PLEASE!
@TeamYouTube Right, I understood that, but I only deleted one of my channels and both are now gone! It even showed the total number of subscribers etc which tallied only the total of that one channel. It’s also stated you are about to delete the channel (name) of the one I wanted to delete.
@Qantas So what are we supposed to do when the website says “please call to change your flight” and there’s literally no answer on the phone lines for 5-6 hrs +??? We’re getting desperate now and there’s not a single avenue available to get in contact?????
@Qantas That’s all well and good, but how on earth can we get a flight changed when we’ve tried for weeks now and have been on hold for 4+ hrs?? The travel dates are fast approaching!!
