@TK_HelpDesk We reside in Türkiye. I have unsuccessfully tried to add the insurance to my confirmed flight booking. Can you please confirm that I can add XCover to my booking as it states on your website?

@TK_HelpDesk My flights are booked with Turkish Airlines. The TK website advises that insurance can be added after booking but I have been unable to add and when I telephoned your sales office they said I cannot add it.

@natcat2011 @rlbbxx13 @passportwaiting I applied 31st Aug and my daughters renewal has been in process since 13th September. Im in Turkey and desperate to get home to see my family. Applied for my son’s on the same day and have received it back! It seems like there is no system.
