@excitel_rocks 3 days back I requested for relocation as well, and I've already shifted to the new place your technician knows that. What would be the point of getting it repaired and then again dismantling everything off to carry to a new location?
@excitel_rocks I haven't received any calls from your team, and it's not that I am in a no-network zone or something. 3 days and you tell me it's my fault that I didn't respond to the call I never received in the first place? This is sincerely very demeaning and apathetic.

I raised a connection shifting request, and instead of processing it, I've been left with no connectivity and two tickets stuck in "Open/Pending Partner."
