@FinPlanKaluAja1 Our production is a big problem! Post harvest losses aren’t as significant. Check the av yield per hectare and compare it to neighbouring countries. The whole value chain is inefficient. Singling out PHL has led to loads of misplaced investments especially in processing. LOSSES.

@richielovall My blind spot. Never gave a serious thought to the informal sector. Annual payments doesn’t align with most workers cash flow, reason for “House Allowance/ rent advance”.

Perhaps the midway is the best bet, tenants should have an option for monthly payments.
