राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन (22 अगस्त 2026) में दलहन के प्रसंस्करण एवं मूल्य संवर्धन को बढ़ावा देने पर जोर दिया गया। मिशन के तहत राज्यों को 528 दाल मिल/प्रसंस्करण एवं पैकेजिंग इकाइयां आवंटित की गई हैं और कुल 1,000 इकाइयां स्थापित करने का लक्ष्य है। प्रत्येक इकाई के लिए ₹25 लाख तक की केंद्रीय सब्सिडी का प्रावधान है, जिससे स्थानीय स्तर पर प्रसंस्करण बढ़ेगा और दलहन को बेहतर बाजार मूल्य मिलेगा।
