Saw a post on @Starbucks’ website that said a free cup of coffee for Essential workers. Thought I’d stop in and get my free cup and buy a couple more for others while I was there, but after waiting in line for 20 minutes their employees knew nothing of it. #MarketingScam#Fail
@UPS has Damaged 100% of my product I’ve shipped to customers this week. Best of all they won’t help me make it right. At this point it’s looking like my small business will be eating the cost to replace product for my customers. #ShameOnYou
