@The_last_Re@For_Macragge Which book in particular are you referring to? I've read plenty of books whether it's the Gaunt's Ghosts series, Eisenhorn (haven't touched Ravenor or the latest one yet), HH (up to the Siege). Other than that my knowledge is secondhand from channels like Luetin.
@TerranShroud@For_Macragge While I'm not super versed to the lore as others. To just have brand new vehicles just pop up and have no prior mention, it's just strange. They could have said Cawl made 'em or they found their STCs. Also I never explicity said they're bad, I'm indifferent to the change itself.
Found some motivation to pick up a brush again. Turning the Cadian recon KT into my attempt at Tanith. 9 more to go. Ignore the obvious gap between his legs where I didn't bother doing the camo, I got lazy.
@enigma_mcu@menmakii I just didn't like Emilia that much based off what I saw/remember from season 1. I just like Rem more personally. Anyway I finished season 2 recently, my opinion of her as a character has improved, but I still like Rem. At least we get the one off story for Rem fans I guess.
@menmakii I have read all of LNs. I feel people's biggest gripe comes from how much of a freak Rudeus starts out the gate and some of his actions later on. I think its begs the question can he redeem himself throughout the series.
@conflict_iReses Sorry, perhaps I should have clarified in my post. I was explaining from perspective here in the West. Stores (unless perhaps a GW store) and players here generally dont mind if some parts are 3D printed. But thanks for reply.
@shutawar@tlark8 Differences in culture like this are interesting. For the most part most people wouldnt mind if some parts of your army people were 3D printed. But if you printed your whole army likely store owners wouldnt let you play at or hang around their store.
@ichimaru_novel You generally want a bit of variety as some brands offer better products on other colors. Like speed paints generally army painter is the better of the bunch. But for most painting I use Two Thin Coats and Pro Acryl, though I'm not sure if they're readily available in Japan.
@ichimaru_novel Ten years is recent for 40k models. Models get redone or updated only once in a while. Probably because people want to see new stuff added to the game. I do like the Horus Heresy ones because they're more sleek looking.
