This is heartbreaking! There’s no place where govt controls 100% of transportation, and that’s not the request.
Fix our transport system. We need more buses, we need dedicated lanes, the system should work…
He should sit in trotro, maybe, he will get it.
Government alone cannot take care of public transportation in this country, the private sector has a role to play... - Felix Kwakye Ofosu (Minister, Government Communications)

@CallmeAlfredo@faltekx@e_naban He didn’t deny this. His explanation and what you’re saying is reasonable.
I got the impression that you agreed. There are costs, but you can’t attribute those costs to GoldBod, they’re the cost of BoG he insisted. Yet GoldBod is the one in court lol.
Same with the issue of stolen babies at health centers in this country. The CEO isn’t sacked, the midwives aren’t sacked, the security guards aren’t sacked…it’s rather the new mother who has lost her baby that’s following up at the police station. No one takes responsibility😔
Someone is engaged in abuse of public office, corruption, and extortion, and all we do is transfer the person instead of dismissing them.
Our society rewards, tolerates, and even compensates corruption.
We are a people without ideas and values.
Dreams come true.

@Cassielforson You’re doing great, yet you still have a lot of work to do. Minimum wage in Ghana isn’t enough for one to live a decent lifestyle. The teachers, nurses, and many others can’t afford what’s minimally required for decent living.
You should fix that.
Ghana, a country where your average salary earner can’t afford the basic things required to live a minimally decent lifestyle. Minimum wage can’t cover your daily food, transportation, etc…
How do you expect nurses, teachers, etc to own these things. We need restructuring
🇬🇭 CEO of Zonda Tech Ghana Ltd., Yang Yang, appeals to the Finance Minister to reduce taxes on vehicles assembled in Ghana to enable the average Ghanaian to afford them.

@SwissAmbAccra@KobinaMensahUTD One of our finest ambassadors—it's sad to see you go, but we'll always cherish the memories.
You've really explored Ghana, and your legacy, alongside diplomats like @JonBenjamin19, is now part of our history.
Wishing you the best ahead—we'll keep following your journey.
Before Cristiano Ronaldo, for many Africans, Portugal was a name etched in pain—a colonial power and a driving force behind the transatlantic slave trade that scarred generations. You didn't erase that history, but you rewrote the present with your brilliant performances. #Goat
