So Miti Mbili is all but gone.

From the fencing around the area, I see it practically impossible to hold a rally stage there.

Miti Mbili has existed longer than any of us have been alive. It was made famous by the Safari Rally and became the most watched spectacle over the last three years.

For safety reasons, Safari Rally is run on private land. The land owners now have better plans for their property over the remaining 364 days of the year.

I'm confident the route organisers can unearth another 'miti mbili' spectacle that could top what we've all come to love.

Safari Rally cannot be tied down to two trees and a jump.
