@ACSDghosts after a very early morning trip with some difficulties these young students represented ACS with class, character, tenacity and perseverance. Proud of this group.
Scholastic Book Fair suggestion:
Give your kid's teacher $10 to discreetly give to a few kids who don't receive money from home to buy a book. I've seen kids at the book fairs who wish they could buy a book, but can't.

One easy step to reduce homework is to stop calling it homework, call it independent practice. Independent practice is essential, location is not! #ditchHW https://t.co/IOH8W3qU6s
This is my 5th period class. At the beginning of the school year most of these kids weren’t motivated to share positive energy. A good chunk of them thought they were “too old” for all this. 4 weeks later...Do we look silly? Yes! But have they opened up? Absolutely 😌
After probably the most overwhelming week ever, I took it upon myself to cheer me up so I stayed behind after school and learnt ‘the shuffle.’
Not gonna lie, this did wonders for my wellbeing. 😁
Happy Friday #edutwitter!
