Tooro's succession,a will that never was. Even if this will was to be used to distribute property it would never stand the test because of being frail,vague and ambiguous. No clarity. As for the nomination of a successor it didnt meet the requirements of the Tooro Kingdom Constn.

@HonByamukama Does the ministry of works also have a reasonable explanation on why, instead of working on a very bad stretch between Kyegegwa and Kyenjojo, it chose to work on the stretch between Mubende and Kyegegwa. It's the only part on the Mityana Kyenjojo Road that is passable.
