@cakepoops2 it could be, although i remember when this changed, some speculated that it was still sus that the fix could be made so carelessly, and that it would have been a more believable oversight if they forgot to change at all, but they still put effort change something, so im all "???"

@curehibiki01 I heard it was because the production team poured too much budget on cure sunshine transformation (reason why it's so good, someone said it could be thousands of frames) and had to shorten moonlight transformation
(they both ended up great in my opinion though)
