The Minister of Local Government and Public Works Hon Daniel Garwe led the Chenesa Harare Clean Up exercise along ED Mnangagwa Road together with Harare Mayor Councillor Jacob Mafume.The campaign is part of Government’s ongoing efforts to restore cleanliness, order and sanity in Harare and other urban centres across the country.

The operation is targeting unregistered vendors operating from undesignated areas in the city.Harare City Council deployed municipal police officers, refuse collection trucks and tippers to support the exercise and remove waste from affected areas.
