@JDGyms , remember your response earlier in the week (which you've now deleted) saying the air con was working fine at JD Gym Wythenshawe... that's why we have an industrial fan on the gym floor & why no one uses the bikes unless they want to get dripped on... #JDGyms #JDGym

@JDGyms @JDGyms it was a Manager who told me to email a formal complaint over to get something done about it so to say they've said the air con units are working fine is misinformation. They may be at full capacity but it isnt sufficient to cool the gym down. Again, more needs to be done

@JDGyms Wythenshawe. Outside = 30+° & ppl r grateful for the 'breeze' outside! Walk in = instant sweat. Staff say they're sweating just going round picking up weights so don't know how we're coping. When is this going to be fixed? Or r u going to start giving out refunds? #JDGyms

@JDGyms @JDGyms Surely the units shouldn't be dripping causing puddles on the gym floor (by the leg press). It's dangerously hot & to say the air con is working isn't finding a solution. Staff have countless complaints every day. More needs to be done to create a safe workout environment

@JDGyms It needs to be actioned not logged. 2 gym staff both told me yesterday a) "it's disgusting up there" and b) "I'd be surprised if the manager hasn't logged it, we get so many complaints every day about it"

Spoke to the manager of @JDGyms Wythenshawe today about the awful air con situation. Told 6mths ago all units got put on timers & staff now can't turn them on/off when needed. Cold (winter) we can cope with. Sauna (no joke!) on a warm day we cannot. Sort it out! #JDGym #JDGyms

@JDGyms That is incorrect. It was dangerously hot up there yesterday, ie far above 19°. Staff have confirmed it automatically comes on just before a class & switches off just after. So again, is this going to be rectified? Staff are receiving complaints on a daily about this issue.

@JDGyms So we're 20 days further on and the studio is still on a timer set by Head Office (so I'm told) rather than controlled by staff at the gym. It was disgusting up there today - unsurprisingly no one was up there! Thought this was getting sorted @JDGyms ? #JDGyms #JDGym
