هم‌میهنان عزیزم،

حفاظت از میراث فرهنگی و طبیعی ایران وظیفه‌ای ملی و همیشگی برای همه ماست. این وظیفه در شرایط کنونی بیش از هر زمان دیگری اهمیت یافته است؛ چرا که این نگرانی وجود دارد که فرصت‌طلبان از وضعیت انقلابی کشور یا از برخی آشفتگی‌های احتمالی تا زمان تثبیت دولت ملی در فردای براندازی سوءاستفاده کنند و در پی غارت، تخریب یا تصرف میراث ملی ایران برآیند.

متأسفانه نمونه چنین رخدادهایی را در سال ۱۳۵۸ تجربه کرده‌ایم؛ زمانی که بخشی قابل توجه از چشم‌اندازهای طبیعی و آثار تاریخی ایران دچار آسیب و نابودی شد.

از شما تقاضا دارم برای پاسداری از میراث فرهنگی و محیط‌زیست کشور، به «یگان میراث ایران» در گارد جاویدان بپیوندید. دستور کار این یگان بسیار ساده است: هر یک از شما، در هر کجای ایران که هستید، با دوستان و آشنایان خود تشکلی محلی، حتی کوچک،‌ برای حفاظت از یک اثر ملی که گمان می‌کنید ممکن است در معرض تهدید قرار گیرد، تشکیل دهید.

هم‌میهنان خارج از کشور نیز می‌توانند با مشارکت در تأمین هزینه‌های احتمالی، یا از طریق اطلاع‌رسانی و آگاه‌سازی، به این یگان بپیوندند و در این تلاش ملی سهیم باشند.

من نیز، به‌عنوان یک ایرانی، به «یگان میراث ایران» خواهم پیوست. این یگان تنها محدود به شرایط انقلابی نیست، بلکه می‌تواند در چارچوب یک ساختار فراگیر، به نهادی دائمی برای مراقبت و پاسداری از میراث ملی ایران تبدیل شود.

به یاد داشته باشیم که هر آنچه می‌کنیم برای ایران است. ایران همه آن چیزی است که داریم؛ و پاسداری از میراث فرهنگی و زیستی آن، عهدی است که با جان‌فدایان انقلاب شیروخورشید بسته‌ایم.

Today, we usher in our new year in the midst of a patriotic struggle against the anti-Iranian Islamic Republic, and in remembrance of all of Iran's brave and immortal sons and daughters.

This past year was a year of organizing for the final undertaking—a year of magnificent national solidarity, of extraordinary courage, and of great sacrifice; a year that brought us one bold step closer to ultimate victory; a year that proved the resolve of the Iranian nation to build a free and prosperous future is stronger than ever.

This past year, the Zahhak of our age was slain, yet his guardsmen have still not managed to lay him in the ground. In the year that lies ahead, together we shall bury this bloodthirsty regime once and for all.

This past year, our Iran lost tens of thousands of its finest sons and daughters in the battle against this tyrannical regime. We salute their pure souls, we stand with their families, and we make a solemn covenant, with those valiant spirits and with one another, to turn this year into the year of victory for Iran's Lion and Sun Revolution.

In these first moments of the new year, let us make our hearts burn brighter, our unity grow stronger, and let us march with ever firmer steps toward a free and prosperous Iran.

هم‌میهنان عزیزم،

برای آن‌که ایران با سقوط جمهوری اسلامی دچار گسست در اداره کشور نشود، در ماه‌های گذشته دو کار مهم به‌طور هم‌زمان در دست انجام بوده است.

نخست، تدوین یک برنامه روشن برای اداره کشور در چارچوب «پروژه شکوفایی ایران».

دوم، شناسایی و برگزیدن زنان و مردان شایسته برای حضور در «سامانه گذار» و اجرای این برنامه.

در این فرایند، هم‌میهنان بسیاری با تجارب ارزشمند و تخصص مورد نیاز کشورمان، آمادگی خود را برای مشارکت در بازسازی کشور و خدمت به میهن اعلام کردند.

این روند در چارچوب کمیته بررسی و گزینش اعضای سامانه گذار انجام شده که مدیریت آن بر عهده دکتر سعید قاسمی‌نژاد است. در این چارچوب، طی ماه‌های اخیر افراد توانمند در داخل و خارج از کشور برای سرپرستی بخش‌های گوناگون سامانه گذار شناسایی و بررسی شده‌اند.

سامانه گذار، با هدایت من، آماده خواهد بود تا به‌ محض سقوط جمهوری اسلامی، زمام اداره کشور را در دست گیرد و در کوتاه‌ترین زمان، نظم، امنیت، آزادی و زمینه‌های رونق و شکوفایی را برای ایران فراهم سازد.

Dear compatriots,

As I emphasized in my message following the demise of Khamenei, any attempt to appoint a successor for him is pre-destined to fail. Whomever is introduced—be it Mojtaba or Hassan—will lack legitimacy and will be considered an accomplice to the bloody record of this regime and its criminal leaders, Khomeini and Khamenei.

The collapsing regime of the Islamic Republic holds no legitimacy. The only legitimate alternative to this regime is the Transition System, the framework of which has been communicated to you through the "Emergency Phase" booklet of the Iran Prosperity Project, and its components will be introduced gradually.

To all former and current officials of the Islamic Republic whose hands are not stained with the blood of the nation: Respect the will of the people. Hand over power immediately and without violence; declare your allegiance to the nation’s Lion and Sun Revolution, and contribute to Iran's stable and secure transition to a democratically elected national government.

To the international community, I say: Stand with the people of Iran. Declare the Islamic Republic illegitimate and recognize the Transition System as the representative of the nation's will.

Victory is near. The Iranian nation will be liberated and will remember those who stood by its side during these times of hardship.

علی خامنه‌ای، ضحاک زمانه، اهریمنی که چند هفته پیش فرمان کشتار ده‌ها هزار تن از بهترین فرزندان ایران را صادر کرده بود، از بین رفته است.

با مرگ خفت‌بار او و بسیاری از منصوبان و وابستگانش، جمهوری اسلامی نفس‌های پایانی خود را می‌کشد. با اراده و دلاوری شما، به‌زودی به زباله‌دان تاریخ روانه خواهد شد.

ملت بزرگ ایران به دنبال سقوط کامل جمهوری اسلامی‌ست. و ما این رژیم اهریمنی را ساقط خواهیم کرد.

پیام من به مقامات باقی‌مانده این جمهوری وحشت این است:

تسلیم ملت ایران شوید. وفاداری خود را به برنامه من و سامانه گذار اعلام کنید. و بدون خونریزی بیشتر، حکومت را تحویل دهید.
هر تلاشی از سوی بقایای رژیم برای تعیین جانشین خامنه‌ای، از پیش شکست‌‌خورده است. هر که را به جای او بنشانند، نه تنها مشروعیت نخواهد داشت، که شریک جنایات این رژیم نیز خواهد بود.

به نیروهای نظامی، انتظامی و امنیتی کشور می‌گویم:

سلاح شما باید برای دفاع از ملت بزرگ ایران باشد؛ نه جمهوری جنایت، و اوباش و تبهکاران ضد ایرانی‌اش. به ملت ایران و انقلاب شیروخورشید بپیوندید. سلاح‌هایتان را برای محافظت از ایرانیان در برابر مزدوران رژیم جمهوری اسلامی استفاده کنید. تا این کابوس ۴۷ ساله سریع‌تر پایان یابد.

مرگ خامنه‌ای جنایتکار، گرچه دادِ خون‌های ریخته‌شده را باز نمی‌گرداند، اما می‌تواند مرهمی باشد بر دل‌های سوخته پدران و مادران، همسران و فرزندان، خواهران و برادران داغدار؛ آرامش خاطری برای خانواده‌های سرافراز جان‌فدایانِ انقلابِ شیروخورشید ایران.

ملت شریف و شجاع ایران،

مرگ ضحاک زمانه، اگرچه آغاز جشن بزرگ ملی ماست، اما پایان راه نیست. هوشیار باشید. آماده باشید. زمان حضور گسترده و تعیین‌کننده در خیابان‌ها بسیار نزدیک است.

از شما می‌خواهم، همچنان که امنیت خود را حفظ می‌کنید، با شعار شبانه، رضایت و حمایت خود را از درهم‌کوبیده شدن جمهوری اسلامی نشان دهید. و خواسته خود درباره آینده ایران را فریاد بزنید. قدرت من، ناشی از قدرت و حمایت شماست.

از ایرانیان خارج از کشور، که هفته‌هاست پرتلاش و خستگی‌ناپذیر، صدای بلندِ هم‌میهنانمان در ایران بوده‌اید، می‌خواهم که بر تلاش‌های خود بیفزایید. حمایت ملت ایران از این دخالت بشردوستانه، و خواست ما مبنی بر سقوط کامل رژیم را به گوش جهانیان برسانید.

روزهای حساس پیش روی ماست. ما همراه یکدیگر مسیر پیروزی را خواهیم پیمود. و نظام جمهوری اسلامی را سرنگون خواهیم کرد.

My fellow countrymen,

Today, the updated version of the Emergency Phase Booklet of the Iran Prosperity Project is being released.
The Iran Prosperity Project is the fifth component of our five-part strategy to reclaim and rebuild Iran. IPP presents the vision and the plan for the transition to democracy and the reconstruction of the country.

The Emergency Period Booklet focuses on the first six months, the country’s urgent needs, the crises anticipated during this period, as well as the solutions and opportunities, and has been prepared with the direct participation of dozens of experts. The draft of this booklet was presented in the summer of 2025.

In pursuit of maximum transparency and accountability, experts and the general public were invited to share their views with those involved in the project. The IPP team held hundreds of hours of discussions with specialists, reviewed thousands of submitted proposals, and has now presented the updated version.

I thank the leadership, executive team, authors, and advisors of the Iran Prosperity Project for taking this significant step. I also express my gratitude to all those who, in a sincere and constructive manner, offered their suggestions to improve the quality of this booklet.

For the first time in these past decades, a national project of this scale has been completed through broad public participation and within a transparent process. We will continue and apply this approach in the other phases of IPP and in future initiatives.

The Emergency Booklet outlines the general framework and programs that I support for administering the country in the day after the fall of the Islamic Republic during the first six months of the transitional period. My team and I are committed to these plans and stand ready, after bringing the Lion and Sun Revolution to victory and overthrowing the Islamic Republic, to assume responsibility for the nation’s affairs. Following that, we will guide the process of power transfer, the establishment of the transitional system, the restoration of security, the reconstruction of the country, and the transition to democracy until their completion.

As always, the support and trust of you, the great nation of Iran, have been and will remain my greatest asset.

لحظاتی سرنوشت‌ساز پیشِ روی ماست.

کمکی که رئیس‌جمهور ایالات متحده به مردم شجاع ایران وعده داده بود، اکنون رسیده است. این یک مداخله بشردوستانه است؛ و هدف آن، جمهوری اسلامی، دستگاه سرکوب و ماشین کشتار آن است؛ نه کشور و ملت بزرگ ایران.

اما، با وجود رسیدن این کمک، پیروزی نهایی هم‌چنان به دست ما رقم خواهد خورد. این ما ملت ایران هستیم که در این آخرین نبرد کار را تمام خواهیم کرد. زمان بازگشت به خیابان‌ها نزدیک است.

اکنون که جمهوری اسلامی در حال فروپاشی است، پیام من به نیروهای نظامی، انتظامی و امنیتی کشور روشن است:

شما سوگند خورده‌اید حافظ ایران و ملت ایران باشید، نه حافظ جمهوری اسلامی و سرکردگانش. وظیفه شما دفاع از مردم است، نه دفاع از رژیمی که با سرکوب و جنایت، میهن ما را به گروگان گرفته است. به ملت بپیوندید و به یک گذار باثبات و امن کمک کنید. در غیر این صورت، با کشتی درهم‌شکسته خامنه‌ای و رژیمش غرق خواهید شد.

و پیام من به رئیس‌جمهور ایالات متحده، پرزیدنت ترامپ، این است:

ملت شریف ایران، با وجود سرکوب و کشتار وحشیانه این رژیم، نزدیک به دو ماه با دلاوری ایستادگی کرد. اینک از شما می‌خواهم بیشترین احتیاط ممکن را برای حفظ جان غیرنظامیان و هم‌میهنانم به کار ببرید. مردم ایران، متحدان طبیعی شما و جهان آزادند، و یاری شما در سخت‌ترین دوره تاریخ معاصر ایران را فراموش نخواهند کرد.

و به شما هم‌میهنان عزیزم در ایران:

در این ساعت‌ها و روزهای حساس، بیش از هر زمان دیگر باید بر هدف نهایی خود متمرکز بمانیم: بازپس‌گرفتن ایران.

من از شما می‌خواهم که در حال حاضر در خانه‌های خود بمانید و آرامش و امنیت خود را حفظ کنید. هوشیار و آماده باشید تا در زمان مناسب، که به‌طور دقیق به اطلاع شما خواهم رساند، برای اقدام نهایی به خیابان‌ها باز گردید.

Decisive moments lie before us.

The assistance that the President of the United States had promised to the brave people of Iran has now arrived. This is a humanitarian intervention, and its target is the Islamic Republic, its apparatus of repression, and its machinery of killing—not the country and great nation of Iran.

However, despite the arrival of this assistance, the final victory will still be achieved by us. It is we, the people of Iran, who will finish this task in this final battle. The time to return to the streets is approaching.

Now that the Islamic Republic is collapsing, my message to the country’s military, law enforcement, and security forces is clear:

You have sworn an oath to protect Iran and the Iranian nation, not the Islamic Republic and its leaders. Your duty is to defend the people, not to defend a regime that has taken our homeland hostage through repression and crime. Join the nation and help ensure a stable and secure transition. Otherwise, you will sink with Khamenei’s ship and his crumbling regime.

And my message to the President of the United States, President Trump, is this:

The honorable people of Iran, despite the brutal repression and killings carried out by this regime, stood bravely for nearly two months. I now ask you to exercise the utmost possible caution to preserve the lives of civilians and my compatriots. The people of Iran are your natural allies and the allies of the free world, and they will not forget your assistance during the most difficult period of Iran’s contemporary history.

And to you, my dear compatriots in Iran:

In these sensitive hours and days, more than ever we must remain focused on our ultimate goal: reclaiming Iran.

I ask you, for now, to remain in your homes and remain calm and safe. Stay alert and ready to return to the streets for the final action at the appropriate time, which I will communicate to you.

Follow my messages through social media and satellite media. If disruptions occur in the internet and satellite broadcasts, I will remain in contact with you via radio.

We are very close to final victory. I hope to be with you as soon as possible so that together we may reclaim Iran and rebuild it.
