the state changes the licensing rep every 18 months or so. it would be nearly impossible to work around that. Maybe a bad apple rep somewhere but not widespread. this inspection should have resulted in immediate closure (it was horrific). Also I highly question the number of "School Age" kids enrolled. I'm certain there is fraud just cautioning a single visit during the typical closure week without doing a basic inspection search on the place isn't exactly great journalism.
@brett_hiltbrand Prob means the end of my season tickets. Bad weather except for first 3 months of the season when games will be on same day as buckeyes. Crew games with 50% attendance will be new norm.
@sweatystartup I think a lot of sellers are just reaching for insane prices and still have a lot of equity in the homes. Many don’t even need to move. Not that worried
@zm1805@MikeAmmo Can’t quite remember but seems like something happened not too long ago related to agency over choices and health issues where certain folks argued the other side. I don’t remember what tho, just can’t put my finger on it. Maybe it will come to me…
@Austen This is what he's talking about based on my understanding of the plan. Also make sense because it could help bring great teachers into tougher educational environments because they have more upside to outperform the expected results.
@TheNolanGore Section 179 can most likely let you depreciate entire purchase price this year even if you finance. Dealt with similar situation end of last year and matched it to the lifespan of the equipment at around a 6% interest rate. Was worth it to preserve cash to growth.
