I tried asking APTN what their involvement is in the CBC "prank show."
Their comms director accidentally sent me an internal email stating that they were going to ignore my inquiry because I'm just a lowly Canadian citizen and not a media outlet (not that they will give a sufficient answer to the media either.) I followed up and asked who I can contact then, and they just didn't respond.
It's actually crazy that these taxpayer-supported institutions think that they don't need to answer to anyone. They don't even think I deserve a modicum of an answer to my questions, even though they shouldn't be difficult to respond to.
It's pretty obvious at this point that the Carney plan is to try to keep this country in a perpetual state of hate and fear towards the US and use this to keep himself popular. His video today, with its long and gratuitous evocation of the 1812 war, makes this clearer than ever.
Mark Carney's innovation is to never underestimate the ignorance of the Canadisn voter, the corruption of Canadian politicians, or the perfidy of the Canadian press. He treats everything and everyone with breathtaking contempt and is endlessly, fabulously rewarded for it.
Much of the media is celebrating the first anniversary of Mark Carney as Prime Minister, suggesting his first year in office has delivered significant progress. The data, however, tells a more complicated story.
Canada currently posts the highest food inflation rate among G7 countries.
The overall unemployment rate has remained largely unchanged, while youth unemployment continues to climb.
The national deficit has nearly doubled.
Interprovincial trade barriers—despite a commitment to eliminate them by July 1, 2025—remain firmly in place.
Our tariff situation with the United States has deteriorated compared with when he took office. Meanwhile, several of the transformational projects announced months ago have yet to receive formal approval.
Either there is something I’m missing, or parts of the media narrative surrounding the first year of Prime Minister Carney’s mandate are significantly disconnected from the underlying economic indicators.
New footage makes this tragedy less ambiguous:
1. Renee Good was not an innocent bystander who accidentally wandered into ICE actions
2. She & the other activists were not peacefully protesting from the sidewalk but taunting ICE agents (“show your face”) & standing in the road
3. She was not in distress (smiling)
4. Her partner got out of the car to further taunt agents in the road: “you want to come at us?"
5. Her partner stated they intended to harass ICE agents “later”
6. When commanded to get out of the car, Good’s partner yells “drive, drive”
Again, should she die for these actions?
No.
But such actions have consequences.
Do you all remember when the Canadian Powerlifting Union suspended me because I called out a MAN competing in the womens category?
Well 2 years later in Canada- men are still competing in womens sports and entering womens lockerrooms, washrooms, shelters etc.
Except ALBERTA! They are on the right track with protecting girls & womens sports.@ABDanielleSmith
Men are not women.
"Cis" is derogatory
Woman = adult human female
Sex not gender.

The esteemed @CheriDiNovo fell for this prank, as did a lot of others.
The thing is Cheri was an elected official and is held out as a progressive stalwart.
There is no Sunnyvale-Jay-Rock riding.
Maybe in Trailer Park Boys but not real life.
The Liberal Party of Canada invoked the Emergencies Act, the Canadian equivalent of martial law, and stripped innocent Canadians of their rights, beat peaceful protestors in the streets, froze bank accounts with no parliamentary oversight or court order from a judge, and gathered cellphone data illegally and without a warrant.
The best they could come up with was mischief.
Our Facts Matter @AllFactsNoHate team caught this obscenity thrown at Noa Argamani in Windsor. Noa, I can tell you, has more courage than these gutless crypto-Nazis ever will. She is a lion.
They are insects.
While it’s encouraging to see that the police investigation into the incident at the National Holocaust Monument has progressed, I’m very disturbed to learn that the person charged is a city employee who was on leave. As a community and as an employer, the actions at the Monument do not represent our values. I’ve asked city officials to take all appropriate action in light of these developments. Thank you to the Ottawa Police Service for their hard work on this case.
I've never seen a politician lie as much or as blatantly as Mark Carney in my 25 years of covering politics.
Yesterday, when called out on saying something that wasn't true about Pierre Poilievre, he doubled down and called it a fact.

Me: Who are you voting for in the upcoming election?
Parasitized Canadian (PC): Carney and the Liberals.
Me: Why?
PC: Because Carney will protect us against @realDonaldTrump.
Me: You are afraid of Trump?
PC: He has threatened to annex Canada.
Me: You think that this is a serious military threat and Carney is the man to stop the US military if this were the case?
PC: Yes plus he is an economist.
Me: Is your inability to feed your family more due to Trump or the Canadian government's actions/taxation?
PC: I'm a liberal person, Dr. Saad. I'm going with Carney because Trump.
[Canada cannot survive this level of suicidal stupidity.]
Heed my warning, Canadians. Do not vote for the @liberal_party and @MarkJCarney. If you do, you lose your right to then complain about the further collapse of the once great nation called Canada.
Engage your reasoning faculty. If Canada has failed on nearly every conceivable metric over the past 9 years, does it make sense to reward the architects of this failure with another term?
Save this post.
I've stood at this bus stop.
My sister lives around the corner.
This is not a rough neighbourhood, this is the result of horrible Liberal crime policies.
A 21 year-old woman gunned down in the early evening due to "stray bullets" in Hamilton.
Disgusting.
