Have a Super Saturday Colorado!
One of the biggest fallacies in our modern society is the belief that rights are granted to us by the government...
In reality, government does not grant us any rights...
Our rights are inherent to who we are. Our rights are God-given or if you prefer, given to us by Nature's God.
The foundational principle of our country is "that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights."
Politicians and government supremacists want you to believe that you have no rights, except what the politicians grant to you.
No politician or government agent can take your rights away... all they can do is infringe on your rights. Your rights don't go away just because some bureaucrat says so.
This is also why it's ridiculous to say a person has a "right to healthcare, education, food, etc."
You don't have the right to force someone else to provide you with anything...
Since government cannot grant you rights, they can't grant you the right to someone else's labor!
My grandfather stormed the beaches of Normandy. I once asked him what kept them pushing uphill and into the meat grinder, what kept them fighting? His answer absolutely floored me.
βWe wanted Hatians to sell fake Gucci at the train station.β
Let's face the facts: either Sikhs should not be allowed to carry kirpans β the very blades that killed Henry Nowak β or the public should be able to carry knives, since the current law is clearly not working.
Justice must be applied equally to all.
