@PTPintcast Finished my program with $125,000 and that was working consistently through both undergrad and grad school to cover living expenses. All my debt is strictly the cost of the education but will take me a decade or more to eliminate without a jump in compensation.
What a year it’s been. Residency complete ✅ Time to start preparing for the SCS exam and only fitting on a day where so many are getting the great news that they passed! #SportsClinicalSpecialist#sportsPT
@AndrewHammondPT@Lentini_PT Agreed on this elongation concept. I’ll typically cue patients to focus on having max length from finger tip to foot rather than lifting the extremities upward against gravity. Seems to improve glute engagement too as there is more isolated movement at the hip rather than pelvis.

Love seeing steps taken toward preventative care to keep athletes competing. Was privileged to hear several of these researchers speak at #CSM in Feb 2020. Brilliant minds driving the profession and sports medicine as a whole forward! https://t.co/I71iFTzkpN
Amazing accomplishment. This is the kind of thing that inspires me and makes me love what I do/will soon be doing so much #choosePT#sportsphysicaltherapy
