@Adam_Kouhel 2. As more market rate housing is built, it drives down the cost of older apartments, thus making affordable market rate housing. The solution is to build more, not subsidize everything under the sun.
@Adam_Kouhel 1. There are developers that want to build houses that people can afford. Many communities block those sort of developments as undesirable. Happens all the time.
WI is the only non-Medicaid expansion state with NO coverage gap. Every low income person is either eligible for Medicaid, or low-premium private insurance. @GovEvers Medicaid plan is little more than a cash grab that will drive up the cost of healthcare for private payers.
