Good weekend at States. I ran 9:38.57 for the #twomile which was a 26 second pr and a 1.5 second pr a day later in the #mile in 4:35.24. Looking forward to all-states next week where I’m gonna run the 2 mile again and the 1 mile again soon at the Tracksmith Ameteur Mile in Boston
