Many species have multiple common names (which can cause confusion!), while some species don't have a 'common name' at all!

@Mick2474 Thanks @Mick2474! We found that low coverage seemed to be the primary cause of these false homozygotes - i.e. too little coverage to detect both alleles. However, I certainly think other factors such as PCR duplicates and allele dropout exacerbated this issue.
