@toylan20 Maintaining muscle mass while losing weight is much healthier than trying to make gains during a cut. Just keep the muscle mass you have and worry about packing muscle on once you’re closer to your weight goal.
@cinamoorolll For context, I got my food addiction/binge eating under control a few years back and now eat within a normal calorie range. On the left I was about 230. On the right I’m around 155.
@cinamoorolll Because our physical capacity to eat is nearly limitless. When I’m on a binge, I can eat 5,000 calories in a sitting without even thinking about it.
@pconeill88@cinamoorolll I know right?! Seems like a hundred years ago and the better part of 100lbs ago. Overeating/emotional eating is a slippery slope.
@cinamoorolll Thank you! I addressed the root issues of my food addiction and lost more than 60lbs. I no longer binge eat and feel like a new person. But I appreciate the concern and the tip 🙏🏻
@Nado_fcb@cinamoorolll One large pepperoni pizza(2800 cal), one 18oz bag of cashews(2500 cal), and you’re already over 5k before you’ve even had a sugary desert or high calorie drinks. When I was fat, this was as easy as 123.
The great liquidation has only just begun. Soon, anyone holding assets will realize if they don’t sell too, they’ll lose most of their money. Then, it snowballs.
Stocks are dumping.

@TedPillows People need their money to pay for the increase in the price of goods. Liquid is needed more than ever and selling assets is the only way for many to acquire it. This is just the beginning.
Podcasts are bad for your brain. I love listening to conversations but lately I’ve realized it prevents me from processing my own thoughts. People need less input and more time think.
@7why__ydm We aren’t. We aren’t designed to eat a variety of foods either. When we were still nomadic, eating different foods meant we were traveling(food scarcity). So when we eat different foods all the time, our bodies think we’re traveling and store more fat.
