NEW: ICE Boston has arrested a Haitian illegal alien who was caught & released at the border in June 2021 & is now charged with the aggravated rape of a pregnant woman. Per law enforcement sources, it happened in a migrant hotel in Peabody, MA, and during a court hearing on Tuesday, the judge released him on his own recognizance, but ICE had officers in the courtroom and immediately arrested him. ICE statement: “Marc Kervens Beauvais is charged with committing unspeakable acts against a pregnant woman in Massachusetts,” said ICE Boston Field Office Director ToddLyons. “We simply can not allow anyone that poses such a threat to prey upon the residents of our communities. ICE Boston will continue our mission of prioritizing public safety by aggressively apprehending and removing egregious noncitizen offenders from New England.”
