@JaMarrMVP_ A lot of the talk I’ve heard in Seattle is that he’s solid but not worth the resources to keep him cause JSN, Witherspoon and a few other players are gonna get paid soon. He was a player that seemed like he was on the verge of breaking out but just hasn’t yet. Maybe this the yr!

@TorrensJonathan Alan Watts at the moment. His philosophy has completely pulled me out of depression, I’m happy, I’ve lost almost 40 pounds, I have never felt better. Truly living in the now and keeping my ego in check. So many positive changes have taken affect in my life since then. I love life

3 years ago today we lost John Dunsworth. He was such a brilliant and generous guy. He was always doing stuff to help people out 'just because'. I saw him do it 1000 times. It was part of his DNA. So in honour of John, how about everyone does a random act of kindness today?
