@USATODAY If the strait is open like before, except for the lives and $100 billion Trump burned through, what's to complain about?
At least global trade can resume.
Trump has not gotten a deal, though. He is getting an MOU. He ripped up a landmark deal in 2018. Experts still agree...
@USATODAY An MOU is not a legally binding agreement and is not a "complete deal."
An MOU will be theatrically signed in Geneva on Friday, and it Is. Not. A. Legal. Commitment. by either side.
It's not a deal.
It's part of an ongoing discussion.
Of course, I am happy that the Strait of Hormuz will soon be open. That's a good outcome for the entire global economy.
But the Strait was opened before the war. We did not need a war to keep it open.
@isaiahrmartin Also, an MOU is not an agreement. It is legally non-binding. An MOU is what is supposed to be signed Friday...
Trump was desperate to give a press release hours before the UFC bell rings on the front lawn.
I hope thunderstorms nail the crap out of them @ 9 pm. Roll of the dice.
@DerrickEvans4WV When they've got an extremist, Zionist autocrat like Netanyahu in charge, why would ANYBODY but a hardcore theocrat want this?!
So f-ing unconstitutional.
US Senator Tom Cotton and anyone who votes for this should be arrested for treason.
It’s NOT antisemitic to say I don’t want our military bound to ANY foreign country or government.
This is absolutely nuts. I’d love to hear someone try to defend this.
@JamesTate121 Hey now @JamesTate121 - No president in history knows MORE about construction than TRUMP. None have his rare & exceptional skills!
He singlehandedly REFINISHED a pool TALLER THAN THE TALLEST SKYSCRAPER, LONGER than ARNOLD PALMER'S schlong! He did it all while GOLFING. A LOT!!!
