The Constitution is sacredly obligatory upon all, and the preservation of liberty confers an obligation of adherence to the Constitution. Individual liberty is not only a right but a duty.

@DylanMAllman Why don't you include libertarians in any of your posts like this? We have presidential candidates as well with more ballot access than RFK Jr.
@CaryCheshireTX@LibertyWar19608@LPTexas@TexasGOP Not one single libertarian is advocating to lower the age of consent. Neither our platforms, candidates, or members. But maybe you're having problems reading our small simple platform?
@CaryCheshireTX@LibertyWar19608@LPTexas@TexasGOP I can agree with raising the age of consent to 18.
I can't agree with the huge amounts of bigotry and discrimination in the Texas GOP platform like plank 210 or 212 which wants to prohibit same-sex marriage.
@CaryCheshireTX@LibertyWar19608@LPTexas@TexasGOP The Texas GOP platform says nothing about what the age of consent should be. It does discriminate against "Drag Queen Story Hour" in plank 209 page 29 though. It also says, "we oppose homosexual marriage, regardless of state of origin" which is extreme bigotry.
I'll be one of the candidate speakers on the X Space with many other libertarians running for office. Come join me and the others talk about our campaigns!
Come join us next week for the first of our Libertarian Candidate Soapbox Spaces! Hear from LP candidates from across America and find out what they're doing in their races. https://t.co/JiMHxyD2bP
Everyone has the same natural right: the right to live peacefully as you wish, free from the initiation of force or fraud.
No matter how you divide this universal right as it applies to guns, sexuality, or taxes, everyone has the same liberty because everyone owns themselves.
I’m categorically opposed to charging anyone under the Espionage Act, even those who seem obviously to have engaged in espionage. It has a terrible history of abuse. Government has employed it to avoid scrutiny and chill free speech, and it violates basic tenets of due process.
So "illegal" aliens are contributing to society and bettering our economy and we don't want that?
Sounds like these "illegal" aliens are prioritizing Texas more than Texas is prioritizing them.
@TheAbridgedZach I worked underage around 12 or 13 for a whole month stocking a gas station cooler so I could buy my first Razr flip phone for $300. Paid my first taxes when I was 15 working at a BBQ place. No one forced me and I didn't need to. I wanted to. Is that "child labor"?
