I can.

It's a technicality. If the government can bypass the Fourth Amendment by using our own tax dollars to create and sustain an entire industry whose sole purpose is to vacuum up and feed information about us back to the state, that doesn't just skirt the Constitution; it violates its spirit.

The Fourth isn't a loophole to be gamed through privatization; it's a hard limit on government power over the people.

Like he said if your metabolic rate is 1700 calories and you eat 1600 calories, then you are at a calorie deficit and you will lose weight. This can be done in moderation over time without drastic changes
