@PFabe21 @TheChrisTobkin @PGATOUR He was the one who called the rules official, he could have had a playing partner inspect the ball but instead he called for an official & removed the ball from the embedded area (legal) & placed it elsewhere (illegal) BEFORE the rules official arrived to give him a ruling.
