@Bodenclothing hi guys, I love the double layer vests so much I’ve ordered some even though apparently the wait time is 13 weeks. Website said I wouldn’t be charged until despatch but the full amount was charge immediately? I’d rather you didn’t hold my money for that long!

@Telegraph absolutely DISGUSTED. My subscription was renewed and charged after a free trial without informing me. I called to cancel after I saw the bank charges and was told I was no longer eligible for the cooling off period, despite this being a legal obligation!

@EurostarUK @Eurostar had our train cancelled at 11pm night before travel, with Olympics tickets booked for tomorrow AM. Website is not allowing us to cancel for voucher or book a new time slot… no customer services available so our only choice is to book new tickets at ££ 1/2

2/2 otherwise we will have a sleepless night and miss our very expensive medal session that’s been booked for 18 months… website is giving us plenty of warnings that there are very few seats left tomorrow and you’ve ruined the last night of our holiday!

@AskDyson I’ve just been told you refuse to repair my Airwrap as the warehouse is too busy and instead you want me to buy a new one for 25% off. I don’t actually want to put an expensive electrical item in landfill with no real reason it can’t be repaired…REALLY unsustainable!

Okay @Bodenclothing thanks for the speedy response. Next question: I used to LOVE your double layer vest tops but last season you shortened the length so they are unwearable for me. Are the new season ones any longer? Short does not work for curvy!

@Bodenclothing I REALLY like your styles, but I’ve made 3 orders in the sales and am sending 90% of it back because the stuff is just see through! A navy blue dress, I don’t expect to see daylight through it! Such a shame as I really WANT to like it!

@MartinSLewis @bbc5live We were recently silently upgraded by @British_Airways on our way out to Montreal. We’d booked business as a treat for the way home, but noticed when we were confused by the seat configuration we’d been upgraded from Premium to Club World on the way out also!

@FemmeLoves My cat looks JUST like this- also rescue… he’s half Bengal it turns out. He is Ian…. I did not name him, his name is Ian because the rescue gave the cats names in alphabetical order and he was I. I prepared to rename but have never had so many compliments on a name…Ian he is!
