@JulieCourtTV @CourtTV Yes, it’s very sad she lost her husband. The anger we are now seeing, however, absolutely contributed to her husband’s death by escalating the situation. They never should have walked onto that property. They attacked the defendant. Their actions caused this to happen.

@CourtTV I read that 2 jurors voted not guilty & 1 was unsure. It took 45 minutes for them to change their minds. Not sure if that info is correct, but if it is, were did those jurors find a piece of evidence that quickly changed their minds? Were they persuaded? Who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️

@CourtTV I’m surprised no one on the jury had at least some reasonable doubt. The state’s case wasn’t that solid IMO. They proved Alex is a lying thief, but, even after hearing all of the evidence, I still have some doubts about Alex pulling the trigger. I think he knows who did though

@JulieCourtTV @CourtTV @CourtTVUK He’s a master manipulator beyond a reasonable doubt, but I’m not 100% convinced he pulled the trigger. The prosecution’s case isn’t as solid as it could be. They’ve proven he’s a lying thief, not a murder (as of yet). I still believe someone was paid to carry out the murders

@JulieCourtTV @CourtTV @CourtTVUK CW finally acted like a prosecutor at a MURDER trial at this particular moment, but I still don’t think he’s done anything more than reiterate the fact that AM is a lying thief at this point. Anxiously waiting for a big ah-ha moment, and I’m not sure it’s going to happen.

We get it… 🙄 unless they are trying to prove that him having this badge leads to a messy investigation or that it means he shouldn’t have been afraid to tell the truth to SLED or anyone else, then they need to move on

@JulieCourtTV @CourtTV It seems they are just trying to show the jury that AM knows the ins and outs of trial and how to prepare for trial/questioning. Also seems they are trying to show that he had no reason to fear SLED or law enforcement since he had a relationship with so many of them. 😴😴😴

@CourtTV This last witness provides the strongest evidence by far. I’m not convinced that Alex acted alone, but I do believe he’s behind these murders. I can’t wait to see how the defense will try to create reasonable doubt with this damning evidence

@CourtTV His character doesn’t make him guilty of murder. IMO, the State’s case lacks enough evidence to prove that he is undoubtedly a murderer. They’ve been successful in unveiling his negative character traits & financial misdeeds, but they have not yet proven he killed his family.
