I think it's about time I'm completely honest with everyone.
This has been extremely hard to come to terms with and grasp, but things are getting worse fast.
Currently, I'm going through a very tough divorce and have no choice but to move-
@coddybarks I don't draw pokemon often, but a I did a few inspired by a fan games alt version of Houndoom and Yamper evos a few months back and I'm honestly really proud of them 🥺
She'll call me "He" but if my sister uses "They" around her, my mom pretends to suddenly not understand who shes talking about even though the conversation is still clearly about me 😒
@wingedwolf94 Its funny this has been showing up on my timeline so much, because I was just thinking about how obnoxious it is that whenever I use They/Them when talking to my mom, she pretends to not know who im talking about because "They is only plural" My pronouns are also He/They, like 🙃
@roseybloom25 While I'm on the topic, milk being the standard drink instead of water always baffled me. A lot of kids can't digest milk well, but we all need water to hydrate and live. So what the fuck is up with milk being free but a tiny water bottle costing a $1 ???
@roseybloom25 I was really lactose intolerant as a kid, also allergic to apples. I remember one day I didn't have money in my account for lunch, so they gave me a half frozen uncrustable, milk, and an apple. The water cost a $1 and they refused to let me get one after i told them i couldnt-
@roseybloom25 have milk. My stomach hurt so bad that day :( We werent allowed to leave the lunch room to get water from the fountain either. It's just plain cruel to do this to children. I was only in the 3rd grade.
@xebenny Omfg and it was a cat in the show too?... i just read what it was about and what the ACTUAL fuck is wrong with this directors choices? Jfc if we had watched it with no warning the day of our cat dying... fucking hell. I'm glad i chose to sit by her side instead of watch this.
@xebenny Thank you so much for this warning. My sister and I were going to start watching the new season yesterday, but instead watched our childhood cat pass away in a terribly sad grueling day. I don't think we can handle a scene like that right now.
Again, thank you so much.
@autienelle and answering that question as the one behind the counter is really hard. I tend to want to be honest but have to lie and say "Doing great!" hundreds of times with the fear of being perceived as rude for being honest.
@autienelle Being on the spectrum and feeling the intense need to give this greeting to people because thats the "norm" is also exhausting. However I at least genuinely want to hear their responses, and offer any good wishes or acknowledgement I can. Most customers lead with "how are you" -
@TriplePaw Thank you so much Triple 💜 I was half way across the country for 2 of my most beloved pets passing, so I'm very grateful i was home to be with her.
TW// Pet death
My childhood cat died about an hour ago. She went at home, surrounded by her family. We knew it was her time this morning, we just didnt know when it would happen. She was surrounded by love and made as comfortable as we could.
She was the best cat. 14 years ago
And I'm just glad I could be here with her. She was my childhood baby, and I'll treasure every moment Ive ever had with her. She wasn't just a cat, she was family. I can still hear her meowing at me to pick her up.
Hug your pets for me, and let them know how much they are loved.
Was wrong. She wouldnt have made it through the ride to an emergency vet, so we just made her comfortable until she passed. Its been a long day. I'm sorry for being gone so much, it hasnt really been a good couple of weeks, but this is by far the worst. She lived an amazing life.
