@gigsandtours @tofuwieners I've just seen a commenter say she had two phones on the go. One she pressed callback straight away around 10am and the other she kept on hold. She got tickets on the one on hold, which should have been further down the queue than the callback one. Clearly it's not working.

@tofuwieners @gigsandtours I'm the same, I got in the queue dead on 10am and was on hold til about 12 when I requested the call back option. Not overly hopeful.
